The Curves workout is designed to work every major muscle group during the complete 30 minute workout that combines strength training and sustained cardiovascular activity through safe and effective hydraulic resistance. Curves also works to help women lose weight, gain muscle strength, aerobic capacity, and raise metabolism with its groundbreaking scientifically proven method that ends the need for perpetual dieting.

WEIGHT MANAGEMENT CLASSES
Free weight management classes are offered monthly to members and non members. Whether you're ready to start losing weight, need to boost your metabolism, or just want to learn about healthy eating, Curves offers classes to meet your needs. The Silver Sneakers Fitness Program offers a unique blend of physical activity, healthy lifestyle, and socially oriented programming that enables older adults to take greater control of their health. If your Medicare health plan offers the Silver Sneakers Fitness Program, you could be working out at Curves for FREE. Call or stop by with your health plan member ID, to see if you are eligible.
