ABOUT | Kent Children's Center
The Kent Children’s Center was first opened in 1976 by a community group concerned about childcare for area families regardless of income. As Kent’s only full-day NAEYC accredited Early Learning Center, the Children’s Center has educated and nurtured hundreds of community children. The Center employs highly qualified professionals, who have a combined teaching experience in excess of 100 years.
Our educational curriculum is structured to stimulate each child’s learning ability and to provide a diverse and solid foundation for future educational endeavors. And our “Community Involvement” program provides opportunities for our children to be involved in philanthropic activities and develop a sense of community.
