My business practice is focused on helping businesses achieve success. Clients range from one-person start-up companies to established manufacturers. I take the time to learn clients' businesses and offer practical counsel on a wide variety of areas, such as start-up and business organization, employment issues, commercial transactions and business combinations and acquisitions.
Meetings with clients may take place at their offices or in either of my two offices. Legal services are available day and evening and every effort is made to accommodate the needs and schedules of clients.
