- Work with all volunteer groups to coordinate a town calendar for events/activities
We hope to see you all at the Annual Cocktail Party to be held on Thursday, February 26, 2009 at the Morrison Gallery! Thank you for your continued support. Without all of you there is no Kent Chamber of Commerce!

Increasing editorial advertising.

Create opportunities to socialize and network
with other chamber members.

The
Town of Kent seal
is divided into five sections, each containing a symbol of
the development of the town. Across the entire midsection
is an open book with the words
"Settled 1720" and "incorp. 1739". To
the left
of the book is a church, to the right, a school. The upper
third of the crest is divided into two sections by a large
diamond shaped arrowhead. The left corner contains a crown,
a reminder of early sovereign rule. The upper right corner
contains a cow and stone iron furnace, both early and important
industries. Finally, the bottom third of the crest contains
a large gear, symbol of what was once, Kent's local industry. |
